Covid 19 Shipping Impacts

Most shipping of our shipping has returned to normal as of April 2022, however occasional delays do happen. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • When your order is fulfilled, a shipment confirmation email is sent to you along with a link to the package tracking. You can also track your order via the Your Account page.
  • Depending on the destination country, there may not be any updates between leaving Thailand and your country, but it is definitely moving!
  • If it has been more than 30 days since your order was fulfilled and nothing has arrived, please email us and include your order number.

14-DAY RETURNS - QUALITY & SIZE GUARANTEE

  • If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Simply email us with your name and invoice number and we'll get back to you with details about returns.
  • SIZE: Wrong size or colour? No problem, get in touch to sort out an exchange - Just make sure the items remain un-worn and as-new.
  • QUALITY: Faulty or damaged? Also no problem, we'll replace it with the same, or different should you choose. 
  • CANCELLATIONProvided your order has not been shipped, contact us immediately to cancel an order.
  • TERMS: Any item to be returned must be in factory-condition, complete with tags in-tact. TAIKORA reserves the right to refuse damaged or worn items which do not meet this criteria.

Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. TAIKORA does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.
